What is Spout?

Spout is an on-chain infrastructure protocol designed to make traditional yield-bearing assets—like corporate bonds, T-bills, and equity index funds—accessible and usable within the blockchain ecosystem. Built on the Pharos blockchain and leveraging standards like ERC-3643, ERC-725, and ERC-735, Spout issues permissioned tokens that are fully backed 1:1 by regulated, custodial assets.
Each token issued by Spout is:
Backed 1:1 by real-world assets held by a licensed broker or custodian.
Compliant with jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements through on-chain KYC.
Capable of private, auditable transfers via Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).
Interoperable with DeFi protocols via ERC-20 compatibility.
Verifiable through daily NAV updates and proof-of-reserve oracles.
